Job Description
Telesales representative conducting client engagement and research for advertising in DACH region. Focused on establishing relationships and nurturing leads for events organization.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to research prospective clients.
- Identify key decision-makers at executive level and locate phone numbers.
- Initiate and maintain business relationships with large prospective clients via telephone.
- Collaborate with the project manager to represent our global events.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of our presence in the DACH region.
- Use the company CRM to update leads and prospects daily.
- Receive comprehensive training and guidance to succeed in your role.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English.
- Interest in events, advertising, sales, and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Minimum of 100 calls per day.
- At least 2.5 hours per day on the phone.
- Minimum of 5–8 pitches per day.
- Working hours vary by project.
- Minimum 8 hours per day.
- Research and maintain at least 100 active leads in the company CRM.
- Report to the project manager and provide at least 2–3 qualified callbacks daily.
