Job Description
Member/client service advisor responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships. Engaging with clients to enhance satisfaction and promote specialized products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Help solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Provide customer service and sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs
- Drive results by reviewing information requests for specialized products and services and promoting and selling them according to client needs and the unit’s business objectives and strategies
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
- Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure their satisfaction
- Review client needs and compile and analyze relevant data
- Assist members and clients by listening to their needs and proposing personalized solutions
- Help identify your unit’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up to date on the latest standards, products, and services in your field.
Requirements:
- College diploma in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties, required work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
