Job Description
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner delivering injectables and skincare treatments in clients’ homes. Growing a local practice for Pinch, a home-based med spa company.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely according to Pinch's clinical standards
- Build a client base using Pinch marketing and personal networks
- Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month
- Convert first-time clients into regulars
- Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
- Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
- Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
- Represent Pinch and build awareness in the local community
- Collaborate with fellow Providers and participate in community events
Requirements:
- Active APRN license in Maryland
- Certification in injectables or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
- Newer injectables practitioners must be available to attend an in-person training in full
- Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a practice
- Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus
- Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more is a bonus
