Job Description
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner delivering injectable and skincare treatments in clients’ homes through Pinch’s concierge med-spa platform. Building an independent aesthetics practice with clinical support and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care in clients’ homes
- Provide neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare, and at-home facial experiences
- Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal networks
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
- Manage supplies responsibly
- Follow Pinch protocols, clinical standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team
- Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, conduct outreach, and grow the client book
Requirements:
- Active Michigan State APRN license
- Experience with injectables, including neurotoxin injections
- Comfort treating independently
- Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting such as med spa, dermatology, plastics, or concierge care
- Strong patient communication
- Professionalism and commitment to safety
- Preferred: existing client base or ability to build one through networking
- Preferred: interest in events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
- Preferred: availability to treat 10–50 clients per month
