Job Description
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner delivering in-home injectables and skincare treatments for Pinch, a concierge aesthetics brand. Building a client practice with flexible scheduling, clinical support, and marketing resources.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care
- Perform neurotoxin injections
- Perform microneedling
- Perform chemical peels
- Provide skincare and at-home facial experiences
- Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal networks
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
- Manage supplies responsibly
- Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
- Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
- Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
- Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
- Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
- Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety
- Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking (preferred)
- Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations (preferred)
- Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (preferred)
