Job Description
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner delivering in-home injectables and skincare treatments for Pinch’s concierge med-spa brand. Building a client practice with flexible scheduling, clinical protocols, and provider support.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care in clients’ homes
- Administer neurotoxin injections
- Perform microneedling
- Perform chemical peels
- Provide skincare and at-home facial experiences
- Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and the provider’s personal network
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
- Manage supplies responsibly
- Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
- Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
- Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, conduct outreach, and grow the provider’s client book
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts State APRN license
- Injectables experience, including neurotoxin injections
- Comfort treating independently
- Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting such as med spa, dermatology, plastics, or concierge care
- Strong patient communication
- Professionalism
- Commitment to safety
- Preferred: Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
- Preferred: Interest in events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
- Preferred: Availability to treat 10–50 clients per month
