Job Description
Consultant for post-sales at Randoncorp managing customer issues and conducting technical training on products for target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints, verifying whether the complaint arises from improper application or manufacturing defects;
- Be responsible for processing warranty requests in accordance with company policies and guidelines;
- Prepare the Technical Report for warranties requested by Distributors and/or Customers, as well as evaluate and negotiate the amounts charged in warranty claims;
- Manage the intake and dispatch flow of warranty parts, performing follow-up to ensure delivery of warranty parts;
- Conduct technical trainings and presentations on company products for defined target audiences of interest to the company, in order to promote products/brands, technical updates, etc.;
- Provide technical guidance to the team on technical activities and projects related to their scope of work, involving related areas and contributing technical solutions;
- Develop technical documentation (product implementation and maintenance manuals);
- Prepare and consolidate information, reports, KPIs and presentations on the warranty process to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields;
- Training or knowledge in negotiation;
- Knowledge of quality tools.
