Job Description
Consultor comercial remoto prospectando clientes e vendendo matrículas da Wise Up. Treinamento incluso, sem experiência prévia e remuneração baseada em comissões.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to prospective customers
- Conduct active prospecting and establish business contacts
- Conduct sales interviews by phone and video call
- Present Wise Up’s educational solutions and negotiate enrollments
- Follow up with prospective customers throughout the decision-making process
- Develop sales skills through training and hands-on practice
- Progress through the levels of the sales operation based on performance and career path criteria
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- No prior sales experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ambition and willingness to learn
- Willingness to make calls and engage in active prospecting
- Discipline, organization, and commitment to results
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Sales-oriented profile and motivation to build a growing professional career
- Availability to work as an independent contractor
