Job Description
Agency Growth Director at a dedicated Meta advertising agency for RIAs. Overseeing sales processes and executing marketing strategies to attract qualified clients.
Responsibilities:
- You will own both sales and marketing for the company.
- Take all introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects.
- Run strategy and pitch presentations.
- Manage the full pipeline from first touch to close.
- Handle objections, follow ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow up sequences.
- Own and operate our internal Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute our broader marketing strategy including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
- Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
- Think holistically about brand and understand how advertising fits within a larger growth strategy.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not appointment setting or lead qualification only)
- Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance based incentives
- Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid market buyers
- Hands on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting
- Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in the United States and available during standard business hours
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Benefits:
- $85,000 base salary plus performance based commission (OTE approximately $150,000)
