Job Description
Growth and Marketing Associate supporting Hire Hangar, which connects talent with vetted global employers. Executing inbound, outbound, social, and go-to-market lead-generation initiatives remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with inbound campaigns, including content, social posts, and SEO tasks
- Support outbound outreach by building prospect lists, sending sequences, and conducting follow-ups
- Create and distribute content across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other channels
- Track campaign results and report on key metrics
- Learn and contribute to go-to-market experiments alongside the growth team
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales development, or growth
- Interest in inbound, outbound, and content-driven growth
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or eagerness to learn
- Curiosity and proactivity
- Excitement to gain hands-on experience
- Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- English proficiency
- Ability to complete a video interview within 24 hours if requested
- Experience with Go-To-Market, Zapier or Make integrations, agency environments, Figma, CRM tools, Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Google Sheets/Excel are assessed in the application form
