Job Description
Agent Deployment Architect leading customer deployments of Hippocratic AI’s safety-focused healthcare LLM. Translating provider workflows into scalable implementations across U.S. health systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for provider customers
- Own timelines, scope, risk management, and successful go-live across health system environments
- Partner with customer stakeholders to understand workflows, clinical requirements, organizational constraints, and strategic goals
- Translate implementation requirements into scalable solution designs across provider types, EHR systems, and care delivery models
- Coordinate deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Identify and resolve deployment risks and unblock complex healthcare operational challenges
- Design and standardize deployment best practices, playbooks, and operating models
- Advise customers during rollout and adoption
- Support change management and train clinical and operational teams
- Establish customer relationships, complete deployments, document playbooks, and identify systemic improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role working with enterprise or healthcare customers
- Strong understanding of provider-side healthcare workflows, operations, and systems
- Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills translating between business and technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Track record of driving execution and delivering results across cross-functional teams
- Required BA/BS degree
- Direct experience with hospitals, health systems, provider groups, or adjacent provider organizations preferred
- Familiarity with EHR integration, clinical workflow mapping, change management, and regulatory requirements preferred
- Experience designing and scaling repeatable deployment processes preferred
- Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA, state regulations, quality reporting, and clinical governance preferred
- Experience with AI, digital health, or clinical decision support tools in healthcare preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
