Job Description
Lead AI Architect delivering Red Hat enterprise AI consulting services for UK and Ireland customers. Designing AI systems, supporting sales, and advising major clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales, scoping, and business development for AI solutions in the UKI region
- Deliver technical workshops to elicit use cases, elaborate solution architectures, build work backlogs, and support consulting statements of work
- Build relationships with Red Hat teams and act as a trusted advisor to major UKI customers
- Develop reusable consulting solutions for common customer AI use cases
- Contribute to technical development and enablement of regional consulting teams for solution deployment
- Act as lead architect on complex and novel AI consulting projects
- Own the design, implementation, and commissioning of AI systems
- Interact with customers regarding the value of AI and Red Hat’s AI Services
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or related role
- Proven background in customer engagement, ideally within a consulting services organisation or software vendor services division
- Strong understanding of AI value for customers and ability to position Red Hat’s AI Services portfolio
- Experience with predictive and generative AI models, model training, fine-tuning and alignment, MLOps, model evaluation, model serving and MaaS, drift, bias, explainability, model guardrails, tool usage, agentic harnesses, model metrics, and observability
- Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and the Kubernetes ecosystem in large-scale production environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to simplify complex concepts and navigate sensitive political environments
- Expertise in sales or supporting professional services sales, including statements of work, pricing, and large-scale proposals
- Good understanding of the Open Source community
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory
- Willingness and ability to travel within the UKI region
