Job Description
AI Engineer developing AI and ML applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams at Europace. Responsible for prototyping, production readiness, and robustness of AI features.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and operate production-ready AI and ML applications for products, platforms, and internal workflows
- Design and implement solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Graph-RAG systems
- Build robust backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices
- Monitor and optimize model and data quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing production AI or ML applications
- Strong software engineering skills
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, knowledge graphs, AI APIs, or automation
- Experience with modern AI/ML platforms, ideally in the AWS ecosystem with Bedrock or SageMaker AI
- Ability to optimize AI systems for functionality, quality, latency, cost, security, reliability, and long-term maintainability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams
