Job Description
AI/ML Developer specializing in Python for developing intelligent agents and cloud integrations at Compass UOL. Engaging with AI technologies and service integrations to enhance capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize intelligent agents;
- Implement Agentic AI flows (planning, execution, and memory);
- Develop integrations via REST APIs;
- Use Python for orchestration, logic, and integrations;
- Integrate agents with internal and external systems;
- Tune prompts, workflows, and agent behavior;
- Collaborate with Architecture and DevOps to ensure production standards.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Python;
- Experience with LangChain, ADK, and FastMCP;
- Experience using Python libraries and consuming/exposing APIs;
- Knowledge of REST APIs;
- Understanding of AI concepts, including:
- Experience with foundation models, LLMs, and MCPs;
- Experience integrating cloud services.
