Job Description
AI Product Manager at Dedalus driving AI innovation in healthcare technology. Collaborating with teams to implement AI solutions for improving internal processes and healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different teams across the business to gather and prioritise requirements, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business priorities.
- Evaluate data and cultural readiness of different areas of the business for implementation of AI based on the business case.
- Identify and evaluate third party solutions that could solve our needs and engage with providers.
- Define the metrics and impact that the AI solution would have.
- Oversee the solution implementation– from MVP to full product, with refinements based on user feedback and impact metrics.
- Communicate to key stakeholders around progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in product management in AI related products
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, concepts, and their practical applications.
- Experience with Agentic AI technology
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
- Track record of launching successful AI products within an organisation.
- Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.
