Job Description

AI Marketing Technology Solutions Architect building AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing efficiency at Flywire, a global payments company.

Responsibilities:

  • Own how we identify and eliminate manual work across marketing and replace it with scalable, intelligent systems that improve speed, output, and business impact
  • Identify manual, repetitive workflows across marketing and replace them with AI-driven solutions
  • Build and deploy agentic workflows across content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment
  • Design connected systems and data pipelines that surface insights automatically
  • Create a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge foundation across product, personas, and market intelligence
  • Automate campaign reporting, post-event analysis, and ongoing performance insights
  • Partner cross-functionally to connect data, systems, and workflows across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing
  • Build the technical foundation that improves Flywire’s discoverability in AI-driven search environments

Requirements:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps
  • Proven ability to take a manual or broken workflow and build a working AI-driven solution independently
  • Strong AI fluency, with hands-on experience building workflows and automations using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, Gumloop, or similar
  • Technical aptitude and comfort working with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows
  • Direct experience using AI tools to meaningfully automate or accelerate your work, beyond basic content generation
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and earn access to the data and systems your work depends on
  • Clear point of view on where AI in marketing is heading, grounded in real use rather than theory
  • Builder mindset, demonstrated through side projects, experiments, or internal tools
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment
