Job Description

AI Solutions Architect responsible for designing AI solutions and strategies for data handling at Verity. Collaborating on innovative digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • AI Architecture & Solution Design Consulting
  • Complex Systems Design: Design end-to-end technical architecture, selecting infrastructure (cloud), data, and model components.
  • A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Ecosystems: Design interaction protocols for multi-agent systems, defining how autonomous agents share memory, negotiate tasks, and handle failures asynchronously without direct human supervision.
  • Trade-off Evaluation: Act as a consultant to technically decide between deterministic approaches (classic ML/rule-based) vs. probabilistic approaches (GenAI).
  • Definition of Standards and Technical Governance: Create reference technical documentation and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and architecture templates to accelerate solution development.
  • Security and Compliance (Security by Design): Establish security standards for AI, such as using VPC Service Controls, obfuscating PII before inference, and enforcing granular access control.
  • Technology Curation: Continuously evaluate new tools, models, and market techniques, and validate which should be part of the company's technology stack.
  • Cost Engineering: Design solutions focused on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Calculate the economic feasibility of running proprietary models versus open models.

Requirements:

  • Hybrid AI Expertise: Deep theoretical and practical knowledge in both traditional Machine Learning (scikit-learn, forecasting, classification) and GenAI (Transformers, LLMs, diffusion models).
  • Cloud Architecture Expertise (Preferably GCP): Proven ability to design enterprise solutions using Google Cloud components (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Run).
  • Solutions Architecture: Strong knowledge of architectural styles (microservices, REST, monoliths, DDD, etc.) and architectural patterns; strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Software Architecture: Solid experience with architectural patterns (CQRS, RESTful, EDA, etc.) and API design.
  • Agent Frameworks: Experience designing state flows and orchestration using tools like Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or native cloud orchestrators.

  • Discount partnerships
  • Corporate partnerships with retailers and educational institutions
