Job Description
AI training contributor evaluating text, multimedia, and AI outputs for Lilt’s language technology. Applying Luxembourgish cultural expertise to annotations, quality assurance, and model improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs
- Review and correct text
- Analyze multimedia content
- Contribute voice recordings
- Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs, depending on the task
- Deliver culturally relevant content using local insight into tone, symbolism, visual cues, and market fit
- Identify visual artefacts, inconsistent style, translation errors, and cultural mismatches
- Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently
- Participate in calibration and quality-assurance processes
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Luxembourgish
- Strong command of English
- Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred
- Comfort working with textual and audio/video materials
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- Ability to provide clear feedback
- High attention to detail
- Ability to categorize content thoroughly and accurately
- Reliable availability and commitment
- Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Updated CV in English required for application
- Must complete a short language-fluency assessment
