Job Description
Alliance Sales Coordinator focusing on partnership engagement and collaboration at Growth Signals. Facilitating onboarding and communications with partners to align on business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support Growth Signals’ alliance and partnership initiatives through day-to-day coordination, enablement, and communication
- Coordinate partner-related assets, announcements, and co-marketing activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partner teams
- Assist with onboarding new alliance partners by preparing partner enablement materials and standard messaging
- Develop, organize, and maintain partner-facing assets such as presentations, one-pagers, briefs, and periodic updates
- Track alliance deliverables, timelines, and engagement activities to ensure follow-through and clear ownership
- Support consistent, professional communication with external partners (meeting follow-ups, status updates, and coordination notes)
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of experience in partnerships/alliance support, partner operations, customer success operations, program coordination, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear partner communications and enablement materials
- Experience supporting partnerships, alliances, or external stakeholder initiatives (onboarding, enablement, co-marketing, or joint delivery coordination)
- Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into concise messaging, summaries, and action plans
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple partner workstreams, deliverables, and deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, or Delivery teams to support partner goals
- Comfortable communicating with external partners and internal leadership; confident facilitating follow-ups and driving clarity
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with evolving partner priorities
- Experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS, or B2B environments working with strategic partners (Preferred)
- Familiarity with alliance, channel, or ecosystem partnership models (referral, reseller, services, or technology partners) (Preferred)
- Experience supporting co-marketing motions (joint webinars/events, partner announcements, and shared collateral workflows) (Preferred)
- Background in early-stage or high-growth organizations with lean operating models (Preferred)
