Job Description
Analista de Suporte Pl supporting digital services and legacy integrations at Spassu, a technology company. Diagnosing complex incidents, maintaining X-Via systems, and monitoring application performance remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level support for digital services and integrations with legacy systems
- Diagnose and resolve higher-complexity technical incidents, including incidents related to APIs and interoperability
- Support evolutionary and corrective maintenance of systems developed on the X-Via Platform
- Monitor application performance and availability indicators
- Support approval processes, integrated testing, and technical validations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and technical documentation
Requirements:
- Superior completo ou em andamento na área de Tecnologia da Informação ou correlata
- 03 anos atuando em suporte técnico a sistemas web e aplicações corporativas
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de versionamento e ambientes de homologação/produção
- Conhecimento de banco de dados, APIs REST e integração de sistemas
