Job Description
OSINT Investigator role focusing on software misuse analysis and online research in APAC. Join a remote team at Ruvixx dedicated to software compliance and piracy prevention.
Responsibilities:
- 分析技术数据(如 IP 地址、使用日志),识别潜在软件滥用行为
- 进行深入的在线调查,核实企业信息并获取准确联系方式
- 在 CRM 系统中维护清晰、完整的案件记录
- 输出结构化调查报告,支持内部决策
- 与资深调查员协作推进复杂案件
- 学习并使用新的调查工具,不断提升工作效率
Requirements:
- 1–3 年相关经验(研究、数据录入、客服或行政类工作)
- 英语熟练(读写 + 口语)
- 普通话或日语达到商务水平
- 对 OSINT / 数字调查有真实兴趣
- 熟练使用 Google Sheets、Excel 或 CRM 工具
- 细致、条理清晰,具备自驱力,适应远程工作
- 有 SQL、进阶 CRM 或专业调研工具经验（加分项）
- 有软件合规、KYC / KYB 或 EDD 背景（加分项）
