API & AI Developer automating business processes for a fast-growing Managed IT company. Building AI-powered tools and integrating business tools for greater efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- API integrations connecting 10+ live business tools
- AI assistants powered by Claude (Anthropic) for internal automation
- Auto-billing systems that save hours every month
- Real-time dashboards pulling data from multiple platforms
- Whatever you dream up that makes us more efficient
Requirements:
- REST APIs (GET, POST, PATCH)
- Python or JavaScript (Node.js)
- JSON + OAuth2 / API key auth
- Basic automation / scheduling
- BONUS POINTS: Claude API / OpenAI / LLM experience
- ConnectWise, Pax8, or Microsoft Graph API
