Job Description
Application Engineer supporting construction insulation systems, technical compliance, and sales at Knauf Insulation. Coordinating architects, designers, stakeholders, and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate between internal stakeholders, especially architects and designers, to achieve sales targets
- Cooperate in and lead the development of products and system solutions
- Monitor and propose innovative, high-quality solutions
- Ensure product certification compliance and maintain technical literature
- Provide general technical consulting and technical expertise for complaints
- Provide technical sales support when needed
- Participate in regional technical meetings
- Give presentations at professional events
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field or technical sales support
- University degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent Hungarian and English
- Preferable experience in the construction materials sector
- Experience with design, engineer and architect relations, project business, authorities, or regulatory affairs is an advantage
- Ability to create application, troubleshooting, and evaluation guides
- Ability to strengthen relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to research and analyze market trends, competitors, and relevant information
- Willingness to learn and develop required skills
