Job Description
Excel-on-macOS professionals applying spreadsheet expertise to Mercor projects. Training and enhancing frontier AI systems with leading researchers.
Responsibilities:
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Apply real-world expertise using Excel on macOS
- Perform spreadsheet modelling, formulas, pivot tables, and charting
- Capture qualifying screenshots of the Excel workspace
- Collaborate with leading AI researchers
- Contribute human expertise to frontier AI model development
- Complete projects on a self-directed schedule
Requirements:
- Must already have Excel installed/available on your own Mac running macOS and be able to open it today
- Hands-on, real-world experience with Excel on macOS
- Must be able to capture screenshots with more than 2.5 megapixels
- Must satisfy the display requirement using either one qualifying high-resolution monitor or two side-by-side 1920×1080+ monitors captured as one spanning image
- Must work as an independent contractor
- Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
- Relevant experience with spreadsheet modelling, formulas, pivot tables, and charting
- Must be able to work without employer-provided software licenses, virtual machines, or hardware
