Job Description

Applications Programmer developing Oracle EBS and EDI integrations for ICU Medical, a global IV therapy and critical care products manufacturer. Supporting enterprise applications, technical solutions, and production operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with development, deployment, maintenance, and customization of Oracle Applications and EDI integrations
  • Interface with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Test and deploy developed solutions
  • Support technical development requirements such as reports and forms
  • Analyze project requirements and determine technical approach and programming required
  • Support the Oracle Applications Production environment (12i)
  • Troubleshoot, refactor, and enhance code to meet evolving business requirements
  • Support business needs for system processing and availability
  • Participate in the 24/7 department on-call program
  • Support day-to-day issues around integration touchpoints
  • Create process flows, high-level functional specifications, and detailed technical design specifications from business requirements
  • Work in a professional office environment using standard office equipment
  • Typically travel less than 5% of the time

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Reports, Forms, Workflow Builder, Discoverer, PL/SQL, Shell Scripts, and XML Publisher for GL/AP/AR/OM/INV/PO
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator development and administration
  • 2+ years of experience with E-Commerce gateway/Oracle E-Business Suite (ERP)
  • Hands-on experience with ANSI X12, CSV, XML, and EDIFACT standards related to 850/855/810/856
  • R12 experience is required
  • Proficiency in integrating Oracle E-Business Suite with EDI using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Working knowledge of 3PL EDI integration with Oracle, including 850/810/940/945
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in PL/SQL programming
  • Technical knowledge of RICE components in EBS O2C and P2P cycles
  • Deep expertise in Sterling B2B Integrator Business Process Development (BPML), Map Editor, and Transformation Extender
  • Understanding of EDI delivery mechanisms including AS2, VAN, SFTP, and HTTPS
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Practical experience with Oracle EBS finance and supply chain modules preferred
  • Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
