Job Description
Architectural drafting specialist creating residential construction plans and 3D renderings for CB Construction’s remodeling projects. Translating sketches and feedback into accurate, presentation-ready deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and update residential remodeling plans using Chief Architect or comparable CAD/design software
- Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings for client presentations
- Translate redlines, markups, sketches, and verbal direction into accurate construction drawings
- Develop presentation-ready visuals communicating project designs
- Revise plans and renderings based on team feedback and project changes
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Collaborate remotely with the team to deliver projects accurately and on schedule
- Transform concepts, feedback, and direction into accurate plans, renderings, and presentation materials
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience creating residential construction drawings and 3D renderings
- Strong proficiency in Chief Architect or comparable residential CAD/design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp
- Experience producing drawings and renderings for residential remodeling, renovation, or custom home projects
- Ability to interpret redlines, markups, sketches, and verbal direction accurately
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Resume required
