Job Description
Architectural Site Surveyor conducting site surveys and fieldwork across multiple states in Colorado region. Requires 100% travel with the possibility of nationwide assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform site visits for the architecture and engineering team as necessary
- Survey an average of 4 typical sites or 8 BAP sites weekly
- Use company equipment to scan and provide accurate measurements of the lease space
- Photo document site interior and exterior
- Responsible for turning in monthly expense report on time and keeping track of site expenses
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in architectural/construction principles
- Spatial intelligence and ability to sketch
- North Sound technical abilities, such as mobile mapping, use of iPads, etc
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe and other similar software
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Valid Driver License
- Be an independent worker dedicated to excellence
- Ability to draft in CAD
