Job Description

Area Sales Manager responsible for customer acquisition and sales strategy in Eastern Europe for a family-owned construction supply company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting clients from inquiry to contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers in the Eastern Europe region
  • Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations
  • Managing customers through to and beyond contract signing
  • Contributing to the further development of the sales strategy
  • Conducting product presentations, training sessions and technical workshops
  • Close collaboration with inside sales and construction site management

Requirements:

  • Technical or skilled-trade training or equivalent qualification
  • Commercial/business acumen
  • Relevant professional experience in the construction industry and/or in field sales (outside sales)
  • Strong communication skills in German, English and Russian
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Independent, self-motivated working style
  • Strong customer and service orientation
