Job Description
Area Sales Manager at BEZ Transformatory, defining commercial strategy and developing client relationships in transformer solutions. Involves market analysis and collaboration with engineering teams for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the distribution transformers segment.
- Establish and develop relationships with decision-makers and market players.
- Prepare market intelligence including detailed market analysis.
- Provide strategic input on technical solutions, competition, pricing and innovation.
- Define and assure execution of the pricing strategy, responsible for sales targets.
- Develop deep technical expertise in the distribution transformers product offerings.
- Work jointly with Product Management/Engineering/Supply chain teams.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, including Acquisition.
- Fluency in English & German communication language is demanded.
- Engineering/ Technical university education background is preferred.
