Job Description

Area Sales Manager growing Kerakoll’s sustainable construction-products business across London and Southeast England. Building client relationships, driving new business, and delivering technical and aftersales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Kerakoll products across the territory, expand the customer base, and maximise revenue
  • Build trusted customer partnerships through product demonstrations, technical advice, and responsive aftersales support
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across relevant sectors
  • Work with Regional and National Sales Managers to apply pricing strategies and manage discount structures
  • Maintain end-user databases and use CRM systems to track performance, identify trends, and manage customer interactions
  • Coordinate local product training sessions and client engagement events
  • Collaborate with Credit Control to ensure timely payments and support customer account management
  • Host key customer visits to Kerakoll headquarters in Italy as required

Requirements:

  • Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in the construction, coatings, or building materials industry
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and effectively manage a territory
  • Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Self-motivation and confidence to work independently and meet targets remotely
  • Confidence using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking systems
  • Residence within the specified postcodes: AL, BN, BR, CR, CT, DA, E, EC, EN, GU, HA, IG, KT, ME, N, NW, PO, RH, RM, SE, SM, SW, TN, TW, UB, W, WC, WD
  • Full UK driving licence
