Job Description
Area Sales Manager growing Kerakoll’s sustainable construction-products business across London and Southeast England. Building client relationships, driving new business, and delivering technical and aftersales support.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Kerakoll products across the territory, expand the customer base, and maximise revenue
- Build trusted customer partnerships through product demonstrations, technical advice, and responsive aftersales support
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across relevant sectors
- Work with Regional and National Sales Managers to apply pricing strategies and manage discount structures
- Maintain end-user databases and use CRM systems to track performance, identify trends, and manage customer interactions
- Coordinate local product training sessions and client engagement events
- Collaborate with Credit Control to ensure timely payments and support customer account management
- Host key customer visits to Kerakoll headquarters in Italy as required
Requirements:
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in the construction, coatings, or building materials industry
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and effectively manage a territory
- Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Self-motivation and confidence to work independently and meet targets remotely
- Confidence using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking systems
- Residence within the specified postcodes: AL, BN, BR, CR, CT, DA, E, EC, EN, GU, HA, IG, KT, ME, N, NW, PO, RH, RM, SE, SM, SW, TN, TW, UB, W, WC, WD
- Full UK driving licence
