Job Description
Remote Area Sales Manager for Rapid Granulator Systems, responsible for sales and customer support in Northern Germany. Seeking motivated individual to build and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, manage and actively develop your sales territory in Northern Germany
- Advise customers in plastics processing (e.g., extrusion, film production, compounding, recycling)
- Conduct needs analyses and develop tailored solutions from the Rapid portfolio
- Independently schedule appointments, prepare proposals and negotiate through to closing
- Participate in trade shows, customer events & product demonstrations
- Work closely with technical service and with the German and Swedish headquarters
- Monitor the market and competitors and identify new potential opportunities
- Represent Rapid’s values and our Scandinavian corporate culture in the market
Requirements:
- Initial or advanced professional experience in technical sales, ideally in mechanical engineering, plastics processing, extrusion, recycling or industrial equipment
- High self-motivation, proactivity and enthusiasm for building sales
- Confident presence, strong communication skills and customer focus
- Structured working style, self-organization & a sense of responsibility
- Residence in Northern Germany or willingness to travel the territory regularly
- Driving license class B (car)
- Fluent German, solid English for communication with Sweden
