Job Description

Area Sales Manager for HEWI, managing sales in the Göttingen/Braunschweig/Bielefeld region. Focus on customer acquisition, market analysis, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and expansion of the sales territory, including implementation of sales and revenue plans
  • Acquisition, servicing and development of target customers such as specialist dealers, contractors, planners and property owners
  • Analysis of market and competitor activities, identification of opportunities and development of appropriate measures
  • CRM-supported sales management as well as technical consultation on the product portfolio and conducting offer and contract negotiations
  • Identification of relevant construction projects, placement of products in tenders and support throughout the entire project lifecycle until completion

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in field sales
  • Experience in customer acquisition and account management
  • Commercial or technical vocational training, or a comparable university degree
  • Market awareness and experience in project business, ideally in the sanitary, heating and plumbing (SHK) sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a structured way of working
