Job Description

Area Sales Manager responsible for sales growth in northern France at i-PRO, focusing on security camera solutions and establishing strong customer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales across northern France, including Paris and areas to the north, leading a team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and marketing mix for France
  • Coordinate with engineering, marketing support, and partners to ensure smooth lead flow
  • Negotiate proposals, prepare quotes, and track sales while maintaining established gross margin

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years' experience in IP security surveillance (CCTV)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective project management skills and a strong track record of meeting sales targets
  • A 'hunter' mentality with very strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, as well as the local language of the work region
  • Willingness to travel and manage your own schedule
