Job Description

Art Director designing and executing creative solutions for a growing CPG brand with a focus on collaboration and innovation. Partnering with copywriters and leveraging diverse channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept, art direct, design, and execute creative across a wide range of channels: social, digital, TV, AR, branding, packaging, experiential, print, OOH, and more
  • Partner closely with a copywriter to develop bold, ownable creative ideas
  • Turn loose ideas into sharp visuals through mockups, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts
  • Translate brand and business strategy into visually compelling systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Social, and Retail
  • Push work beyond “expected” while keeping it grounded and executable
  • Help define and raise the creative bar as the brand grows
  • Proactively explore and lean into the latest and greatest creative tools and technologies to continue to push the creative boundaries, while making sure efficiency is key
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • ~5–8+ years of experience as an Art Director
  • A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, strategic insights, and executional range.
  • Experience working in an Art Director + Copywriter partnership
  • Comfort flexing across mediums, from packaging to experiential to campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Experience with motion design is a plus.
  • Curiosity and comfort using AI tools for creative exploration and mockups
  • Strong visual taste, storytelling instincts, and attention to detail
  • Collaborative by nature. Confident without ego.
  • Experience with CPG, startups, or fast-growing brands is a plus
