Job Description

Director of Performance Creative at Sundays for Dogs, scaling creative output and managing performance data. Leading a team to enhance ad volume, quality, and diversity.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the quarter's two most important numbers: ad volume and ad quality
  • Act as executive producer: review the flow of incoming creative from strategists, influencers, and agencies
  • Use performance data to separate winners from losers
  • Hire and lead a team of full-stack creative strategists
  • Build out a dedicated editing bench
  • Launch and grow the TikTok Ambassador Program

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in high-volume creative production, performance creative, or content operations
  • Experience running a decentralized creative model
  • A track record of building and scaling high-throughput creative teams
  • Real fluency with performance data
  • Experience with TikTok creator or ambassador programs
  • Comfort managing outside agency relationships
  • A genuine appetite for volume
