Job Description
Director of Performance Creative at Sundays for Dogs, scaling creative output and managing performance data. Leading a team to enhance ad volume, quality, and diversity.
Responsibilities:
- Own the quarter's two most important numbers: ad volume and ad quality
- Act as executive producer: review the flow of incoming creative from strategists, influencers, and agencies
- Use performance data to separate winners from losers
- Hire and lead a team of full-stack creative strategists
- Build out a dedicated editing bench
- Launch and grow the TikTok Ambassador Program
Requirements:
- 8+ years in high-volume creative production, performance creative, or content operations
- Experience running a decentralized creative model
- A track record of building and scaling high-throughput creative teams
- Real fluency with performance data
- Experience with TikTok creator or ambassador programs
- Comfort managing outside agency relationships
- A genuine appetite for volume
