Job Description
Asbestos Surveyor conducting regulated property surveys for SOCOTEC’s UK environmental and safety consultancy. Recording site data, reporting findings, and liaising with clients and Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake asbestos surveys of a broad range of premises
- Liaise with clients and Project Managers
- Accurately record site information
- Submit reports
- Support SOCOTEC’s continued success within the Environment & Safety division
Requirements:
- Background in asbestos surveying
- Knowledge of HSG 264 and the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012)
- BOHS P402 / RPSH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying
- Strong asbestos knowledge and understanding of regulations
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
