Job Description

Assistant, Category Marketing for DEWALT driving margin growth and strategy optimization. Collaborating with teams to manage product assortment and analyze market data.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing enterprise solutions across the DEWALT portfolio
  • Responsible for driving margin growth, portfolio and brand optimization and strategy
  • Guide market pricing and margin expectations
  • Support budget process with tracking and inputs for budget allocation decisions
  • Build category financial P&L forecast on a bi-annual basis
  • Analyze and define product range by brand and retail channel
  • Partner with pricing team to establish market-based pricing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 2+ years of experience in a sophisticated environment within channel, analytics, brand marketing, finance or sales role
  • Excellent English communication
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Infor XA is preferred
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills
