Job Description

Marketing intern supporting the planning of events and the creation of content for innovative sanitation projects at Finizio. Engaging with sustainability topics like circular economy and ecological sanitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and support trade show appearances: Contribute to content and design planning.
  • Event support: Assist at trade shows and events such as "Festival for Future" and "Festival Playground."
  • Copywriting: Support marketing management in creating and refining texts.
  • Content planning: Help develop content for Instagram, LinkedIn, our website, and other channels.
  • Content preparation: Structure and adapt content for different communication channels.
  • Content creation: Design posts using tools like Canva.
  • Social media: Assist with our social media activities.
  • Press relations: Process and archive press coverage.
  • Support design: Contribute to designing outdoor advertising, apparel, and print materials.
  • Research materials for upcoming projects.
  • Website maintenance and optimization (low barrier: WordPress).
  • Photography: Product and team photography and event documentation.

Requirements:

  • Technical skills: Experience with tools like Canva, InShot, and CapCut is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Creative & social-media savvy: You stay up to date with current trends, have a good sense for them, and ideally bring initial experience in social media work or campaigning.
  • Content creation: You bring creative ideas for modern content formats.
  • Familiarity with or a strong interest in topics such as the circular economy, sanitation and nutrient recovery, sanitation infrastructure, composting, and agriculture — and an interest in the festival scene.
  • Optional for the graphic/design area (depending on interests and skills): InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
