Job Description

National Account Marketing Manager leading marketing strategies for acute and government markets. Working with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and enhance product performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategies, programs, tradeshows, educational events, digital campaigns, and new product launches for acute and government settings
  • Partner with area teams to deliver insights on local market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to advance a cohesive omni‑channel strategy
  • Lead strategy activation and build a feedback loop to ensure strong execution at the local level
  • Communicate effectively across internal local/area functions and engage externally with agencies, channel partners, and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • 8 years of medical marketing or sales related experience
  • Deep knowledge of national account marketing, Group Purchasing Organizations and/or IDN's
  • Strategic mindset, prioritization and analytical skills
  • Problem-solving capability
  • Deep knowledge of the acute continuum of care and integrated delivery networks
  • At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience to government entities
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs and projects aligned with vision, strategy, and priorities
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Healthcare experience in Canada
