Job Description
Assistant Performance Marketing Manager at Fasset helping to scale paid acquisition channels through campaign optimisation and collaboration with creative teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and pacing; identify anomalies and implement optimisations as needed.
- Conduct regular A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyse funnel metrics and attribution data to maximise ROAS and minimise CPA.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to brief, develop, and iterate on ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and contribute to forecasting and budget planning.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, particularly across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proficiency with ad platforms and analytics tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, or similar MMPs.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with confidence using Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.
- Highly detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Nice to Have: Experience marketing a consumer app or fintech product.
- Familiarity with mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
