Job Description
Associate Director leading Medicare Advantage carrier compliance, sales oversight, and remediation for Humana’s healthcare business. Managing compliance professionals and carrier relationships nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 4 Senior Compliance Professionals aligned with Health Plan carriers
- Develop strategy and provide ongoing oversight and monitoring of agent and agency sales
- Oversee reviews of agent/agency sales and allegations and determine corrective action
- Collaborate with Senior Sales leaders, carriers/payors, agency partners, agents, and other Enterprise business partners
- Provide consultation and guidance to contracted sales partners
- Research compliance issues and recommend changes to ensure compliance with contract obligations
- Maintain relationships with Health Plan carriers
- Coordinate carrier compliance implementations as needed
- Oversee issue resolution, mitigation, and remediation
- Support creation of a robust monitoring program
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of work experience with Medicare Advantage
- 5+ years of management experience leading and developing a team of direct reports
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence effectively
- Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees
- Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
