Job Description
Product Compliance Manager scaling cloud compliance and assurance across Cisco’s SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid products. Driving automation, regulatory readiness, and executive insights.
Responsibilities:
- Define and operationalize long-term compliance and cloud assurance strategies
- Ensure efficient regional market access and regulatory readiness
- Drive standardization, automation, and portfolio governance across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid environments
- Lead AI and intelligent workflow initiatives to scale compliance operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance audit readiness
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to improve execution and remove blockers
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and metrics for data-driven decision-making and program maturity
- Build scalable compliance frameworks and influence cross-functional executives
- Drive operational transformation and rigor in a dynamic, matrixed environment
- Communicate with technical engineering teams and executive leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience, or Master's degree plus 4 years of related experience
- 7+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management
- 3+ years leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects in cloud/enterprise technology environments
- Deep expertise in cloud security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR
- Proven ability to drive enterprise transformation and operational maturity
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer is highly preferred
- Experience designing and scaling product compliance or cloud assurance programs across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments is preferred
- Experience applying AI, automation, workflow optimization, or data analytics is preferred
