Job Description
Associate Director leading oncology reimbursement teams across Gulf Coast at Johnson & Johnson. Focus on effective patient engagement and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team
- Be responsible for leading their regionally aligned team of ~8 direct reports
- Develop both long and short-term strategic planning for the team
- Pull-through district vision, create team culture, manage FRM performance, forge valuable customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimum of 8 years healthcare business related experience required
- Knowledge of reimbursement principles including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, and appeals processes
- A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States
