Job Description
Junior Product Manager supporting AI-driven SaaS product development across various business sectors. Collaborating with teams to drive results and address client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support product development across the entire lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring a focus on real customer problems;
- Conduct user research to identify opportunities, hypotheses and product risks;
- Write, detail and maintain the backlog, user stories and product requirements in collaboration with engineering;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on vision, scope, priorities and success criteria;
- Track adoption, usage and outcome metrics, supporting data-driven decisions and continuous learning;
- Possess a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills to turn data, feedback and insights into product decisions;
- Understanding of software development fundamentals and agile processes;
- Experience or familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel or similar;
- Learning mindset, proactivity and a focus on creating impact for customers and the business;
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
