Job Description
Product Manager owning FourKites’ over-the-road visibility products for global supply chains. Driving data-led adoption, tracking quality and customer outcomes across logistics modes.
Responsibilities:
- Own product outcomes for one or more Over-the-Road modes: Truckload, LTL, Parcel or Last Mile
- Track and analyze adoption, engagement and retention KPIs
- Identify friction points and adoption gaps using usage data, customer interviews, and Customer Success and Sales feedback
- Build and prioritize a backlog that improves customer stickiness
- Provide prioritization recommendations for roadmap planning
- Write SQL to explore feature usage, tracking performance and customer behavior
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude and Cursor to build prototypes, internal tools and quick analyses
- Work in product analytics platforms such as Pendo and maintain adoption dashboards
- Turn quantitative findings into product hypotheses and actionable backlog items
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering on instrumentation and event tracking
- Run discovery sessions and join onboarding calls, QBRs and support escalations
- Surface systemic product gaps and recurring pain points with Customer Success Managers
- Represent the customer voice in planning and sprint reviews
- Partner with Engineering and Design through scoping, development and post-launch monitoring
- Support Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes and adoption playbooks
- Contribute to presales conversations and market requirements gathering
- Independently own an OTR visibility product area and ship customer-facing improvements end to end
Requirements:
- Associate Product Manager: 2–4 years in product management or a related role
- Product Manager: 5+ years, including end-to-end ownership of a product area and a track record of shipping with measurable business impact
- Practical experience in supply chain or logistics
- Understanding of shipper pain points, carrier dynamics and how freight moves day to day
- Strong SQL and comfort working hands-on with data
- Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to build a data-driven story independently
- Proven use of AI tools beyond drafting documents, including building prototypes, scripts and internal tools
- Ability to demonstrate something built using AI tools
- Experience running discovery calls and writing user stories
- Ability to turn qualitative feedback into crisp requirements
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones
- Ability to work with significant overlap with US Central Time
- Preferred: Experience with two or more of truckload, LTL, parcel and last mile
- Preferred: Prior work on SaaS onboarding flows, feature adoption programs or customer health scoring
- Preferred: Experience with Pendo, Amplitude or similar product analytics tools
- Preferred: Familiarity with agile development and working directly with engineering squads
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics or another quantitative field
