Job Description
Associate Valuer supporting commercial real estate valuation and advisory assignments for Nova Group’s engineering consultancy. Conducting market research, financial analysis, modeling, and property data verification.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of commercial real estate valuation and advisory reports
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and valuation modeling
- Research and verify property, lease, operating, and transaction data
- Analyze comparable sales, market trends, and investment performance
- Participate in property inspections and market surveys
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
- Collaborate with senior valuers and contribute to client deliverables
- Deliver valuation and advisory assignments for lenders, investors, owners, and developers across commercial property types
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Interest or experience in commercial real estate, valuation, finance, lending, brokerage, or consulting
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
- Preferred: Commercial real estate valuation experience
- Preferred: Financial modeling and investment analysis experience
- Preferred: Argus Enterprise experience
- Preferred: GIS, CoStar, or other real estate data platform experience
- Interest in pursuing a professional valuation designation
