Job Description

Automation Engineer specializing in Microsoft Power Platform at GoGlobal. Design end-to-end workflows and automate business processes with Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end workflow automations using Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop).
  • Build responsive Canvas Apps using Power Apps to automate business processes.
  • Integrate with REST APIs, OData endpoints, Microsoft Graph API, and custom connectors.
  • Work with data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint Lists/Libraries, SQL Server, and Excel.
  • Build chatbots and conversational automation using Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio.
  • Develop solution components like environment variables, business rules, flows, and connections.
  • Create and optimize automated deployment pipelines following SDLC best practices.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement security roles, governance, solution packaging, ALM, and deployment in Power Platform.
  • Troubleshoot performance, licensing, and integration issues using tools like Postman.
  • Document design specifications, architecture diagrams, and support knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering or related roles.
  • Specialized in Automation and ETL processes.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, and Power Apps (Canvas).
  • In-depth data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proven knowledge of API architecture, including Microsoft Graph API and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with Azure SQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures.
  • Exposure to building agents in Copilot and bots using Power Automate Desktop or UiPath.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, and n8n workflows.
  • Experience developing prompts for agents (e.g., Power Virtual Agents) and working with Teams Adaptive Cards.
