Job Description
Backend Developer working on software architectures and REST APIs. Collaborating closely with other developers and documenting software tests in Berlin and Rostock.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and designing software architectures
- Implementing and developing REST APIs
- Planning, executing and documenting software tests
- Close collaboration with other developers and DevOps engineers
Requirements:
- Strong passion for programming and a desire to continuously expand your skills
- Professional experience with backend technologies — especially Java or TypeScript; PHP and Scala are also acceptable
- Confident handling of container technologies
- Good knowledge of database design and MySQL
- Experience in creating and developing REST APIs
- Beneficial: framework experience with Spring Boot or NestJS; Symfony is also acceptable
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Academic degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or vocational qualification in computer science / as an IT professional
