Job Description
Desenvolvedora Backend Python na plataforma de agentes LLM do Grupo Boticário, grupo brasileiro de beleza presente em mais de 40 países. Criando soluções GenAI escaláveis.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the Agent Platform, a centralized platform for creating, managing, and running LLM agents across Grupo Boticário’s business channels
- Partner with the Tech Lead to bring the products’ technical vision to life
- Write clean code and optimized algorithms
- Participate in technical reviews to keep the squad’s technical debt low
- Support the implementation of PoCs for GenAI technologies
- Maintain quality and observability through automated E2E testing and error monitoring
- Solve highly complex problems and ensure scalable, stable GenAI products
- Implement high-quality backend solutions focused on performance, simplicity, and best practices
- Develop, unit test, deploy, and monitor solutions
- Enhance applications, make recommendations, and design and implement systems
- Participate in product implementation decisions
- Maintain, improve, and review code through Code Reviews and Pair Programming
- Build strong relationships and seek innovative solutions
- Keep documentation up to date
- Work collaboratively and solve problems with viable solutions
Requirements:
- Solid experience in backend development using Python
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E, load, and stress testing)
- Strong command of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Sonar
- Knowledge of the AWS platform, including EC2, Secrets Manager, Kafka, SQS, RDS, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, and Amazon ElastiCache for Redis
- Familiarity with secure development, security assessments, vulnerabilities, and incident response
- Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional, multilingual, and collaborative environment
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Proactive, analytical, questioning mindset with a systems perspective
- Experience with application observability and monitoring, including logs, metrics, and distributed tracing
- Experience using AI assistants in the development workflow, such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor
- Strong communication skills and ability to align with business needs
- Preferred: experience integrating LLM APIs, GenAI engines, or agent platforms
- Preferred: experience with LLMs in production environments
- Preferred: experience with AI systems architecture and integration, including RAG, embeddings, vector databases, ingestion, and tool calling
- Preferred: experience developing React web applications
- Preferred: experience with frameworks for production LLM applications, such as Agno, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
