Job Description
Bilingual Virtual Customer Representative for Consumer Cellular handling customer inquiries remotely. Focusing on technology troubleshooting while providing exceptional service to customers in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Champion – Provide excellent service to customers by taking calls.
- Technology Troubleshooter – Assist with technical questions about cellular phones and billing.
- Highly Organized and Motivated – Remain self-motivated and available during shifts.
- Team Player – Collaborate effectively with teammates.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Remote customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills (general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet).
- Internet Connection – At least an upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS.
- Distraction-Free Workplace – An office setting in the home is required.
- Communication in both Spanish and English is required.
